Patient Access Website
The Neaman Practice offers patients the facility to book appointments, and view a summary of your records (medications and allergies) via the Patient Access website. Patients registered for online access are able to view online, export and print any summary information from their records relating to medications, allergies and adverse reactions. Other parts of the record may also be made available at a later date and following discussions with the doctor.
GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to
- Book appointments
- Order repeat prescriptions
- View your medical record
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices
